All in-stock items will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days, though in most cases your package will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. 

All shipping occurs through POSTNL (and will be transferred to a local courier once the package leaves the Netherlands, in the case of international orders).

Returns are allowed up to 30 days after your order with the exception of the following items:

- Items that are on final sale are not allowed to be returned or refunded

- Digital products such as patterns are unable to be returned or refunded

- Items that have been used are unable to be returned or refunded

The shipping costs of returning the item are for the customer to bear themselves.

If there is something wrong with your order or if you encounter issues you did not expect, even in case you do not wish to return the item, please send me a message so that we can hopefully work out a solution together.
